Lifetime Achievement Award Nominations

Presented for service by an artist, art educator, or art advocate, individually or as an organization. 

Eligibility Requirements

  • Age of nominated individual: minimum 50 years

  • Group/business nominees: Minimum 10-year history of work in Clark County

  • Residence in Clark County or significant connection to Clark County through arts-related work

  • Current or recent career activity or arts advocacy in (circle all that apply): visual art, dance, theater, music, film, architecture, literature, graphic design, arts education
     

Selection Criteria

Please send through a separate email to camas@clarkcountyartscommission.com a brief nominee biography, and letter of support addressing the following:

•   Service to the arts positively impacting local culture

•   Quality and quantity of personal achievement

•   Examples of arts advocacy work, educational innovations or effectiveness, and/or outstanding creative accomplishments

•   Description of personal qualities (or group/business mission) demonstrating vision/initiative/implementation as related to nominee’s work in the arts
