The market has crashed and he and his friend Richard are facing financial ruin, jail time and worse—they’re afraid their wives will find out! Together, they craft a scheme that will solve all their financial and legal problems; arranging the theft of a valuable piece of jewelry worth millions. What could go wrong? Enter Frank and Henny, two bumbling burglars they hired who just can’t seem to get the job done. Will they beat the deadline before their world comes crashing down? This fast-paced, dark comedy explores the consequences of greed, lust, and entitlement that will keep the audience, and characters, guessing until the very end.SHOW RAFFLE Magenta is holding a raffle during the run of “Floored!” The show's ‘emerald’ double swan necklace “The Tears of Catherine” (with matching earrings) will be raffled off at the final performance. Tickets can be purchased in the Magenta Lobby during the show and are 2 for $5 or 5 for $10.OPENING NIGHT TALK BACK SESSION Following the opening night performance on April 14th, Magenta Theater will host a Talk Back Session with playwright KC Cooper, the cast of “Floored”, and members of the production dream team who turned Cooper’s vision into reality. This includes the development and construction of a working elevator which shuttles the characters from the 4th, 6th and 8th floors in a set designed to depict an upscale New York apartment building. The Talk Back Session will be moderated by Scott Hewitt, Staff Writer from "The Columbian".
